My right hand is bigger than my left hand, it went up 3 ring sizes from my left hand! I have a wax hand bath that I use which feels good. I had my rings enlarged. My shoulder hurts from the back, to the rotator cuff and down my left arm. My hips and knees hurt. It has gotten worse. The RD gave me a Medrol Pill Pack and I use a heating pad, and cold ice packs. I do stretches with the PACE tape #2. I use Thermacare heat packs, also. The RD gave me Darvocet. Help! I take Celebrex, Prednisone, Fosomax, Protonix, Paxil, and Trazodone to sleep when I have pain-Trazodone. Any suggestions? Thanks, Cathy R. It sounds like have things pretty much covered!
